Professional Physical Therapy in West Orange, NJ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact, delivering warm and efficient service while guiding patients through scheduling and intake processes.

You will greet patients, answer phones, handle registrations, discuss insurance and payments, and support clinicians with administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
