Responsibilities

• Triages and tracks telephone contacts; directs calls to appropriate party and follows procedures to obtain information and assess urgency.
• Obtains patient registration information and completes registration forms during initial contact.
• Schedules, confirms, reschedules appointments and maintains patient flow; notifies staff of arrivals.
