Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Milford, NJ to be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and other front-office tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient clinic experience.

You will maintain patient records, support clinic workflows, collaborate with the clinical team, and deliver outstanding service to patients and families while working Mon-Fri with a mix of shifts; salary is hourly $18-20.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
