Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire preferred.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Must read, write and understand English, with effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and manage front desk operations.
• Check-in patients and ensure efficient admitting process in compliance with policies.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Schedule appointments according to guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays/deductibles.
• Enter demographics and insurance details into the EMR and other systems.
