MercyOne Health System is seeking a part-time Clinic Receptionist in Des Moines, IA. The role involves greeting patients, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

You will handle check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry in the EMR system while collecting time-of-service payments as needed. The position requires high school diploma, BLS or ability to obtain, and strong English communication with confidentiality and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
