Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a frontline primary care receptionist to provide exceptional patient service. You will be the first point of contact, handling phone calls, registrations, scheduling, co-pays, and appointment confirmations to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.

This on-site role requires at least 1 year in high-volume customer service, strong communication, and solid PC skills.

Qualifications

• Education - High School Degree or GED
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service-related position.
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong customer service skills, strong PC skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone interactions and front-desk inquiries.
• Register patients and assist with scheduling.
• Process co-pays and assist with billing as needed.
• Make appointment confirmation calls and coordinate with care teams.
