Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers to create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients and verify identity; document in EMR.
• Maintain patient demographics and update as needed.
• Collect and post patient payments, issue receipts, notify Financial Counselor when needed.
• Ensure completion of required forms and medical history documentation.
• Respond to inbound calls and route messages in EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments; coordinate with physician schedules.
• Document hospital consults and urgent information to care team.
