Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, including Holland, MI. You will ensure a positive patient experience by supporting the clinic to reach revenue goals, handling administrative and operational tasks, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.

Daily tasks include welcoming patients, handling 50–75 calls per day, scheduling appointments, processing intake, verifying insurance, managing supplies and payments, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Ordering and receiving office supplies and handling payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and office cleanliness.
