Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service by listening and addressing needs.
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner and relay information to staff.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments according to practice procedures.
• Manage clinical messaging in the EMR/HER using Radix and Phreesia.
• Assist with referrals and medical records requests as needed.
• Participate in meetings and keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Comply with HIPAA procedures and company policies.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
