Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and callers.
• Greet patients and manage the reception area.
• Schedule and adjust appointments per guidelines.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance.
• Handle payments and assist with sliding fee applications.
• Operate the phone system and document in the EHR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support inventory and other site operations as needed.
