MAC Physical Therapy Group is seeking a non-clinical, front-office assistant to support a physician's office and help deliver excellent patient experiences. You will handle communications, scheduling, and data management while collaborating with a diverse care team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare support is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for patients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals in coordination with clinical staff and assist with rescheduling when needed.
• Enter and update patient information in electronic records accurately and maintain confidential files.
• Assist with basic verification of insurance information and direct patients to resources as needed.
