Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will help attract patients, support the clinic and coordinate patient interactions while ensuring a positive experience and adherence to HIPAA standards.

You will manage calls, appointments, insurance data, and day-to-day administrative tasks, contributing to revenue goals and high-quality care. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer 50–75 calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify insurance information for patients.
• Manage office supplies and payments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
