Qualifications

• Combination Education & Experience Post HS education or training with basic medical terminology and keyboarding skills.
• 1 year of customer service experience working with the public.

• Monitor reschedule list and contact patients to finalize appointments.
• Communicate with care team to ensure smooth patient care.
