Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patient concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and update on status.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues or incomplete orders in the lab area.
• Track delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
