With 2+ years in customer service, you will communicate effectively with diverse patients, apply active listening, and collaborate to resolve issues. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit, able to work with a team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and document patient history and pre-tests; perform basic eye tests as required.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep status of orders updated.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and in-store housekeeping; expedite delivery of eyewear.
