Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is expanding its retail team to deliver exceptional patient experiences in our clinics and stores. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through products and services while supporting sales goals.

We seek a motivated associate with at least an associate degree or certification and 2+ years of customer service. The role emphasizes communication, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with the patients.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, promote products and services; answer inquiries and gather information to facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history; perform pre-tests and basic eye exams.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and update on job status.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping, ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
• Edge lenses, assemble into frames, and ensure products are delivered as promised.
