Job summary

• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them, including insurance verifications and updating demographics
• Answer routine questions and facilitate communication between patients and providers
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups, coordinate referrals and testing
• Use Epic and patient portal systems to manage scheduling and records
• Collect co-payments and explain office payment policies
• Ensure a positive patient experience and efficient office operations
