Job summary

You will handle scheduling, use Epic and patient portal tools, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely access and smooth office operations. Travel between offices is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them, maintaining records and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient access with courtesy and efficiency.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and explain billing policies to patients.
• Coordinate with clinical operations to ensure timely care and smooth office flow.
