AEG is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our on-site Utah team. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient flow, and optimize scheduling across care teams. Strong communication, organization, and EMR proficiency are essential to deliver high-quality patient experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, accurate documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and everyday efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to greet patients professionally and handle front desk duties.
• Experience with insurance eligibility and patient demographics in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner and be the primary contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries; manage emails and digital communications promptly.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules, including cancellations and same-day slots.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient data in EMR and verify insurance coverage before visits.
• Prepare patient charts and handle charges, co-pays, and payments in EMR; monitor and report on daily flow.
