Stanton Optical is part of Now Optics and seeks a Doctor’s Technician to deliver exemplary customer service at an on-site store, facilitating a seamless flow between clinical services and retail. You will support sales while upholding brand standards and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-tests, lens edging, and scheduling. A relevant degree and 2+ years of service experience are preferred to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school is required or in progress.
• 2+ years experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolving skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments, document history, and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist with lens edging, repairs, and ensure on-time order delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and report equipment issues when needed.
