• Register patients, verify insurance, enter accurate data and maintain patient records.
• Educate patients on MyChart enrollment and appointment scheduling, including Follow-ups for MyChart and web inquiries.
• Generate staff provider schedules and support front-end technology use by patients.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in regional travel as needed.
