Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Nevada seeks a Patient Service Specialist to deliver a welcoming, efficient experience for patients and families onsite. This weekday role supports the new Executive Health office, with shifts 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Responsibilities include patient registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection, scheduling and checkout coordination, plus educating patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 1+ year of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Working knowledge of PC window applications and basic math for co-pays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient registration and scheduling support.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays and manage checkout processes.
• Schedule visits and coordinate with physicians and interpreters.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.
