Job summary

Capitol Imaging Services LLC in Newnan, GA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will manage registration, verify demographics and insurance, obtain signatures, and coordinate with physicians and radiology staff.

This role includes collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Experience is preferred but not required; bilingual is a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare front desk/registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information in Source Rad.
• Verify orders against schedule and obtain patient signatures.
• Scan orders, insurance cards, licenses, and HIPAA forms into VI and attach to patient record.
• Collect payments, co-pays and deductibles prior to services.
• Schedule walk-in/add-on patients and document arrival times and insurance details.
• Coordinate with radiologists and modalities for scheduling and registration.
• Maintain updated patient information and authorize pre-visit procedures as needed.
• Assist co-workers when not busy with own duties.
