This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our patients from the moment they schedule their appointment to the completion of their visit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, a passion for patient care, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments, ensuring optimal use of facility resources and timely patient care.
• Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments; communicate coverage details to patients as needed.
• Appointment Management: Monitor the schedule daily to identify cancellations and proactively backfill open slots to maintain efficiency.
• Patient Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for patients—answering calls, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, empathetic guidance.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR) system and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications:
