Job summary

Belmar Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Experience Pharmacist to provide counseling to patients and prescribers and support our mission of delivering exceptional care. This role focuses on high-volume phone inquiries, accurate prescription processing, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires a registered Pharmacist with strong customer service skills and experience in compounding or regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with a valid license and license to practice.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience with compounding and regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescription orders and input into the computer system.
• Advise patients and doctors on Belmar products and services.
• Verify compounding formulas and update lot/expiration dates.
• Perform final check on prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Accept verbal orders from voicemail, IVR, and direct calls.
• Answer phones and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws.
