Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Maintains patient communication needs including scheduling and reminders.
• Verifies patient insurance information and enters data in databases.
• Assembles and maintains patient charts.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good customer skills

Organization and time-management skills

Ability to type 60 words per minute (wpm)

Attention to details

Education

High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
