Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining data integrity. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with healthcare administration and patient payments preferred.
• Ability to navigate insurance verification and financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and eligibility verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR dashboards and reporting tools for data integrity.
