You should have a High School diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to type 60 wpm, with experience in medical office administration preferred. This role offers a fast-paced setting and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team.

Formación

• Minimum of two years in office administration, preferably in medical settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and patient data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and visitors; answers and routes calls to staff.
• Schedules and reschedules appointments; provides reminders.
• Gathers and verifies patient insurance information; handles data entry.
• Tracks patient charges and coordinates with providers for care delivery.
• Maintains charts and supports front-office operations in a fast-paced clinic.
