Job summary

Virginia Eye Consultants seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure a smooth, patient-centered flow across Norfolk and satellite offices. You will greet guests, coordinate appointments, and support the clinic manager to minimize delays.

Travel between Norfolk and Hampton locations is required; reliable transportation is essential. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of the clinic and address patient needs/concerns.
• Communicate delays to Clinic Manager/Team leads and keep patients informed.
• Assist with appointment coordination and standard day-to-day flow.
• Resolve patient issues related to appointments, timeframes, and communications with staff.
