Responsibilities

• Manages schedules to optimize resources including providers, rooms, and equipment.
• Registers patients and coordinates appointment scheduling.
• Communicates with patients and staff to ensure compliance with treatment plans and appointments.
• Assists Practice Manager with data collection and analysis related to productivity and resource use.
• Addresses billing issues and aids in obtaining pre-certifications or referrals as needed.
• Provides patient education materials and maintains relationships with patients and staff.
