Allevio Care is hiring a Patient Experience Specialist to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, check in patients, and maintain a welcoming medical office. You will handle phones, reminders, and payments while ensuring accurate demographics and insurance information.

The role supports physicians and staff in a fast-paced clinic setting. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in medical front office, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach to patient service.

Qualifications

• One year or more of medical front office experience.
• Understanding of medical insurance benefits and ability to explain them.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to collect money due from patients and handle payments.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding and modifiers.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments and surgeries; answer patient inquiries.
• Welcome and check in patients; maintain a calm, organized environment.
• Answer phones, send reminders, and manage communications.
• Process copays and payments; handle daily deposits and receipts.
• Verify demographics and insurance; manage referrals and records.
• Assist with documentation and coordination for physicians and staff.
