Job summary

ALLEVIO CARE, LLC is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist for our Dallas clinic. You will greet patients, check them in, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments while keeping the office welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities include collecting copays, verifying demographics and insurance, coordinating with physicians, and guiding patients through the visit with clear communication and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Medical front office experience of 1+ years.
• Ability to explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to collect money due from patients.
• Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding/modifiers.
• Clear telephone, written and in-person communication.
• Willingness to take on tasks and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in, ensuring a welcoming front office.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and surgeries, send reminders.
• Collect copays and payments; handle daily deposits and receipts.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• Print and process documents; manage referrals and medical records as needed.
• Educate patients on products/services and provide after-care instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and office staff to support operations.
