Compass Group USA is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead the hospital dining and nutrition program. The role splits time between supporting back-of-house kitchen operations with the Executive Chef and managing patient dining services, evening operations, and closing procedures.

You will supervise frontline associates, uphold food safety and regulatory standards, monitor budgets and labor, and collaborate with nursing and hospital leadership to ensure exceptional service for patients and staff

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of food service management or supervisory experience.
• Culinary and food production experience.
• Experience in healthcare or high-volume food service environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead daily kitchen operations in support of the Executive Chef, including inventory, production oversight, and staffing.
• Oversee patient dining services during evening shifts, ensuring accurate meal delivery and high patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards while managing costs and budgets.
• Train, coach, and develop frontline associates to achieve service standards and departmental goals.
