Job summary

The role supports the culinary director in leading patient meals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in kitchen/foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and patient meal service.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching orders and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist management as needed to keep department running efficiently.
