Job summary

Qualifications

• Communication and customer service skills, conflict resolution, and diversity training.
• Minimum 1 yr hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and acts as liaison between staff and patients.
• Identifies areas to maximize utilization of resources for families.
• Works with volunteer staff to ensure appropriate unit coverage.
• Data collection: evaluates program utilization and follows up on patient surveys.
• Assists in creating patient/family education materials.
