Qualifications

• One year (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles intake inquiries from Case Managers and records all required information.
• Assists with in-hospital set-ups for home-going oxygen and related equipment.
• Responds to questions from Case Managers and referral sources within facilities.
• Maintains open communication with patients and referral sources while in the facility.
• Markets MSC services to Case Managers and referral sources in designated facilities.
• Documents interactions with all parties and maintains ongoing communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
