You will support ENT providers and hearing care professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or front office experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting procedures and math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Interface with patients, scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Room patients and collect balances.
• Maintain patient charts and scan documents.
• Support clinical staff by coordinating providers' schedules.
• Assist with insurance reimbursement documentation and payments.
• Open and close clinic daily and prepare deposits.
• Order clinic inventory and supplies.
• Assist providers during consultations or fittings when needed.
