Virsono Hearing Centers in New Jersey seeks a Lead Patient Care Coordinator to drive clinic operations, patient experience, and coordination with licensed audiologists. You will manage schedules, assist in audiology testing, and support tele-audiology workflows while upholding infection control and privacy standards.

The role emphasizes proactive self-starting leadership, strong communication in a multicultural setting, and collaboration with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy medical clinic or business setting.
• Proficiency with EMR software such as Counsel Ear is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the clinic each day, ensuring equipment is ready for patient care.
• Manage patient schedules and walk-ins with efficiency.
• Enforce infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact, delivering excellent service in person and by phone.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to Covid policy.
• Lead outreach and education initiatives to build relationships with physicians and the community.
• Oversee office supplies and assist patients with third-party financing when needed.
• Prepare reports and actively participate in team meetings and daily huddles.
• Work autonomously with initiative and strong organization.
