The Treatment Tech & Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This position supports audiologists and ENT providers by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with hearing evaluations, managing equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation in clinical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, collecting and updating patient information, coordinating appointments, and supporting follow-up care and scheduling. The role also involves providing patient education about hearing care, facilitating virtual and concierge appointments as needed, and collaborating with the broader care team to maintain a smooth, patient-centered experience. The coordinator is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinic workflows.
