Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred; healthcare, hospitality, retail, or sales background is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Comfort with outbound calls and navigating multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who calls or visits the clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and day-to-day patient communication.
• Keep the provider’s schedule organized and optimized to support patient access and clinic productivity.
• Proactively connect with current and past patients to encourage follow-up care and engagement.
• Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the patient journey.
