Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure smooth patient intake and financial clearance. You will work directly with the Clinic Manager and clinical teams to maintain data integrity and support revenue cycle performance.

The role emphasizes front-office excellence, patient education on payments, and cross-team collaboration to resolve insurance/scheduling issues and enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with collecting payments and revenue-cycle basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-office experience and greet patients warmly.
• Complete patient intake/registration with insurance eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops.
