Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work with clinics and billing teams while maintaining data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

You will educate patients on financial responsibilities, collect payments, and manage scheduling to optimize access and outcomes, reporting on KPIs and using EMR systems for improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills; able to handle high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and payment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics, and confirm insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and support revenue cycle performance.
• Use EMR systems to track data and support improvements.
