Job summary

Ageless Aesthetics Santa Fe is seeking a Client Concierge Lead to deliver a warm, polished patient experience from first call to checkout. You’ll manage daily provider schedules, monitor clinic readiness, and protect the patient journey with thoughtful hospitality.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll train new Concierge staff, optimize front desk operations, coordinate inventory, and partner with the Practice Manager to keep the clinic running smoothly and patients delighted.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, medical aesthetics, or a high-touch service environment.
• Lead, senior front desk, shift lead, or informal team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and priorities.
• Comfort with scheduling software and office systems.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient experience from first contact through checkout.
• Protect the schedule by managing provider schedules and gaps.
• Monitor inventory for retail products and clinic supplies.
• Set the standard for Concierge performance and training.
• Assist with onboarding and daily workflow for new teammates.
• Answer calls and messages promptly and direct inquiries.
• Process payments and schedule future visits.
• Keep lobby and front desk areas organized and welcoming.
• Support room turnover and operational needs as needed.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager on priorities.
