Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office or customer service experience in a medical setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance and payments.
• Provide guidance to front desk staff and escalate issues.
• Train and onboard new Patient Care Concierges.
• Coordinate front desk workflows with clinical teams.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and HIPAA compliance.
