Ageless Men’s Health in Tampa, FL seeks a Patient Coordinator to manage front desk operations, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and build lasting patient relationships.

As the face of our clinic, you will ensure a smooth, HIPAA-compliant patient experience, maintain organized lobby areas, and support daily operations while delivering concierge-level service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with insurance verification and appointment scheduling
• Familiarity with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience
