SEV SKIN is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who will be the first and last contact for clients, driving engagement and sales across services and products while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, process payments, and book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail; you will educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions and work toward individual sales goals; you’ll support a collaborative clinic team.

Qualificações

• A sales-driven mindset and confidence recommending services and products.
• Strong communication, customer service, and active-listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
