Job summary

The Aesthetic Syndicate is seeking a Client Concierge for its Manor practice in Phoenix. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, answer inquiries, process payments, and keep the front office organized.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication, and experience in customer service or a medical front office; scheduling software proficiency is required, while Zenoti is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical front office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and office systems is a plus; Zenoti experience would be a bonus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Manage and adjust patient appointments with efficiency and care.
• Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and direct them to the right team members.
• Process payments accurately and help patients understand their billing.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby, break room, and product areas.
• Support the Practice Manager with administrative duties.
• Flip and clean rooms between patient visits as needed.
