Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm smile and positive attitude.
• Manage and adjust patient appointments with efficiency and care.
• Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and route to team members as needed.
• Process payments accurately and explain billing clearly to patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby, break room, and product areas.
• Support the Practice Manager with administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
