Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, creating a warm, professional experience.
• Coordinate appointments, rescheduling, and proactive patient outreach.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect copays, deductibles, balances.
• Follow up on patient balances via phone, text, and email.
• Partner with Clinic Director and therapists to maintain full schedules.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR and scheduling systems.
