You will be responsible for day-to-day medical receptionist duties, optimizing appointment schedules, handling calls, processing referrals, and collecting payments while maintaining patient experience and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).
• 2+ years experience in a customer facing position.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.

Responsabilités

• Schedule optimization for patient appointments and manage front desk operations.
• Handle incoming calls and referrals, and coordinate communications with patients.
• Process and collect time-of-service payments and obtain insurance authorizations.
